Overview

Symphony Calibration Lab, a division under Symphony Systems Sdn. Bhd., is a SAMM-accredited calibration laboratory (No. SAMM 1035) recognized by Department of Standards Malaysia. We are accredited under MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ensuring technical competence and the ability to consistently produce valid calibration results.

Our lab specializes in precision calibration services across three major fields:

• Electrical
• Temperature
• Dimensional

Scope of Services

1.Electrical Calibration

We calibrate a wide range of electrical instruments using high-performance reference calibrators such as Fluke 5520A, Fluke 5720A, and HP/Agilent multimeters.

Typical instruments calibrated include:

• Digital/Analog multimeters
• AC/DC Clamp meters
• Oscilloscopes
• Voltage / current sources
• Frequency counters
• Resistance, capacitance, and current devices
• AC/DC voltmeters
• Power meters

2. Temperature Calibration

Our capabilities include simulation-based calibration for various types of thermocouples and RTD indicators, covering a temperature range from -250⁰C to 1820⁰C.

Supported sensor types:

• Thermocouples: K,J,T,S,E,R,B
• RTDs: PT100, PT200, PT500, PT1000 (385 & 3926)

3. Dimensional Calibration

We offer dimensional calibration for tools such as:

• Calipers
• Micrometers
• Measuring Microscopes
• Profile Projector
• Non Contact Coordinate Measuring Machine or Video Measuring Machine (VMM)
