The SAM AUTO TRAY line was developed for in line production control of electronic devices, boards, IGBT and other complex components. The systems are compatible with the clean room class 10.
Applications include detection of voids, inclusions and delamination. Thickness variation in soldered or Ag-sintered interfaces can also be measured. Several layers can be inspected simultaneously.
